Dispute and Jurisdiction

Any Disputes are subject to the laws of India & in the jurisdiction of Mumbai. Somaiya Center for Experiential Learning USAGE CONDITIONS APPLICABLE AT ALL TIMES FOR ANY PERSON USING THE Somaiya Center for Experiential Learning FACILITIES. We have a zero tolerance policy on abusive behavior of any kind towards our staff. If any customer abuses our staff we will cancel that booking with immediate effect. If one customer abuses our staff we will take away the group booking. It is therefore up to you to communicate this to your group to ensure that our staff does not receive any type of abuse.

special Events

There will be a separate contract or agreement for any special events between Somaiya Center for Experiential Learning and the concerned person or organization.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the SCEL, its employees, directors, officers, agents, trustee, representatives, business partners, service providers and their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon your actions or inactions, which may result in any loss or liability to SCEL or any third party including but not limited to breach of any warranties, representations or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfilment of any of your obligations under this User Agreement or arising out of the your violation of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other Users and infringement of intellectual property or other rights. This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this User Agreement.
