Those reverberating poems and songs of nature, the swift on the feet group dance to the beats of Tarpa, that gentleman playing the heavy wooden instrument with a single breathe. And those white geometric figures that come to life with a single stroke.
The Warlis are shy but extremely proud of their culture and art. Participants will get to experience first-hand the hospitality, humility, talent and the worldly ways of the Warlis.
On this programme participants will visit an organic chikoo farm to learn and appreciate the value of sustainable farming, participate in farming activities and develop a deeper connection with nature.
They will walk through the farm that used to once be a barren piece of land which was revitalized through the hard work, dedication and passion of one single man!
