The Somaiya Centre for Experiential Learning (SCEL) works with children, youth and adults. The participants to our programmes come from diverse backgrounds – students from schools & colleges, educators, corporate employees and citizen groups. SCEL team will collaborate closely with you to select programme topics and construct a curriculum that will suit the audience and address their specific learning needs. SCEL team will work closely with your institution to develop a programme that aligns with the overall objectives & desired outcomes of your institution. Every aspect of the programme, from the custom curriculum to the learning materials to the group assignments & activities, is carefully tailored to your institution’s needs for maximum impact. Programmes may include a single theme or multiple themes, with each programme ranging from a day-long engaging experience to week long residential workshops. Longer duration workshops may be designed to provide participants the opportunity to apply their learning on special projects & tools identified during course of the workshop. The programmes are customised based on not just the learning outcomes but also the audience.
